The Scarlet Letter Vlog

  1. I completely support your opinion about Roger Chillingworth and Arthur Dimmesdale. As a minister, Dimmesdale had no right to contribute to such a terrible act as adultery. Chillingworth was the most unfortunate character in the novel since nothing worked in his favor. Even though one might think Chillingworth was an evil man, he left most of his estate to Pearl which proves he possessed kindness.
